Well, the pax weren’t particularly old today, but compared to Superstar, it felt like it!  He has led the pax before, but never at Detention.  Good Q today…kicked our tails.  Superstar isn’t a man of many words when leading, so “No new guys?  Follow me!” began the workout.  And we were off.

Jog down Strickland to the backside of the school for warm up.

Merkins X 20

Modified 7’s with monkey humpers and stair climbs.  Very original and difficult.  Everyone’s legs were jelly after this.

To the track for a partner chase with rocks.  5 curls, then chase.  1 lap.  (Some chose their rocks poorly…not YHC!)

On the field partnered up for a 100 yard dash back and forth while partner did merkins, monkey humpers, and burpees.  Collectively to 100 of each.

Then to the field for base line racing 2 at a time while the pax did either squats or b2w.  Alternating.

Moseyed over to the benches for L-R Step ups X 20, dips X 20, R-L step ups X 20.

Back to the lot for Heels (CHAMPS) to Heaven X 20, flutter kicks X 20, American Hammers X 25, and protractor all around.
