Nice job for Cougar making it back to the Nutcracker for a second straight week after suffering through the rain last week.

Warm Up:  Jog around front parking lot/street along with karaoke and lateral shuffles down the long stretch on the side of the school.  Circled up for SSH x25, Windmill x10, and slow to fast cadence Mountain Climbers x25.

The PAX partnered up for laps around the track with each partner running in the opposite direction.  Each time the partners met, both had to do 1 legged burpees starting with 10 reducing down to 1 after each half lap.

Next up, the PAX lined up along the track for deep squats.  The man in the back of the line sprinted to the front like an Indian run while the rest of the PAX held the deep squat position.  Each time someone ran by, a deep squat was performed going back down to hold the position until the next runner passed by.  Slowly the PAX stretched out the line to get around the track quicker, which made for a long sprint.

Back to original partners for partner leg presses.  Partner 1 laid on his back while partner 2 leaned backwards in to partner 1’s feet for a leg presses.  Each partner switched when necessary completing a total of 200.
