On a cold, cold morning where the ice cold iron cut right through even the thickest hand protection, 11 PAX heated things up with the third installment of the Kettlebell 100 Test: Perform the prescribed exercise 100 times, run lap, repeat until time is called.  (4-count flutters or Freddie Mercury’s for those with leg injuries)
