5 PAX came out to DETOX this AM to cleanse their bodies of any terrible decisions made over the weekend.

We started with a couple laps around the track, followed by 10 minutes of agility work through the ladder and cones. A suicide sprint, pushups, and squats pyramid took place next starting with 1 rep, and going up to 5 and back down again. After taking a much needed long ten count, we teamed up and did and pushup/suicide relay that finished off what little reserves we have in the tank. 5 minutes of Mary were all we could stomach before COT.

It was a good way to start the week.
