According to Wikipedia, there are about 34 countries that transfer power from one leader to the next peacefully. Despite some concerns coming into this Saturday’s Catalyst workout, we can proudly state that Catalyst also transfers power peacefully despite suggestions that a coup d’état had occurred. Yes, Kiper and Fudd handed the site Q over to LD and Epoxy with apparent smiles on their faces. 20 PAX were there as witnesses, oaths were taken, some general mischief occurred. Here’s how it went:

Run to First Citizen parking lot for merkin fest as follows:
Run to one end of parking lot (about 50 yards) and do 5 merkins – then run to other end of parking lot for 5 merkins; then same thing to 10 merkins; then 15 merkins; 20; 15, 10; and 5.
Run up First Citizen stairs with 10 burpees at top and run back down.
I think that was it for Fudd and Epoxy took over. Epoxy had promised Chong that we would scout N Hills Club for the upcoming Oct 22 F3 pig pickn; so we started off on a nice run to N Hills. Stopped along the way for some Freddy Mercury x 30.
At N Hills Club; we did a few irkins and Epoxy handed Q off to YHC. YHC was not sure exactly where to go so took directions from Zima and a few other locals and next thing we knew we arrived at Azul’s front yard. Azul was not among us but his car was out front. Left with no other decent choice, we did monkey humpers x 20 in his front yard. Sorry Azul but it had to happen.
Next the pax headed to some parking along Six Forks where we partnered up for a wheelbarrow across the lot. Then dirkins x 20 onstone wall.
Head to top of lot – one partner runs loop while other partner does burpees – go until you reach 50 burpees as a team.
Cross Six Forks and in front of Carrol Middle School – 10 merkins at each of the motivational signs on the front of Carroll – 40 merkins total. Head to stairs in front of Carroll for quick round of stairbarrows.
Back to parking lot for Mary led by Kiper.
