Flood Zone is an AO I love and full of good times and Memories.  Country Wide got jammed up at the last minute and asked me to fill in; and I am glad he did.    Duff led Extra Credit with Zima, Highlife, Pre-Nup, Baby Farley and …missing one—sorry.

100 Prisoner Squats PROPER FORM (P1 does 10 while P2 holds Al Gore; 100 total for group)

…was about here Wilson’s constant mouth diarrhea started getting under YHC’s skin.   Costco and Epoxy were who they always are, but Wilson has an innate talent of being able to chap YHC’s buttocks at an exceptionally high level

100 Dips on your partners bank (P1 does 10 while P2 holds up P1 in Plank Position)

The Big ASS BEAST
The BEAST is 6 exercises, performing 6 reps at 6 stops.  It is always a booger….but add to that a distance of 100 yards per down, then 100 yards more back and it gets fun REAL FAST.

– Hand Release Merkins
– Prisoner Squats

…..Wilson shows up again…..and stole YHC’s Weinke.   I announced the next 4 sets would all be Burpees unless Weinke showed up….gave Wilson 5 seconds to perform (figuring 5 Seconds was about all Wilson’s M has come to accept) and when Weinke not produced off we went with Burpees….they were awful as expected.

Thankfully one of F3’s grownups Duff got back YHC’s Weinke returned and we went back to plan with next set being WWII situps.   Got a timecheck showing only 5 minutes left….so had to cut the B.A. Beast short and head back to our starting ppont with no time for Mary

Namorama, Prayer Requests for ManCrush’s Mom and YHC read the below devotion about “getting a mulligan in Life”.

Life Alert finished us with a Mighty Powerful Prayer…..I have found myself going back to it several times since I heard it from Mr. Alert……THANK YOU BROTHER

A New Creation
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! (2 Cor 5:17).

A mulligan is a golf term which allows a player to play a second shot off the first tee if the first shot is poor. It’s a second chance to get a fresh start without penalty.

Sometimes in life we need a mulligan – a new start. Christ represents the invitation to throw away our first life and begin anew with Him as a new creation.

The Promised Land represented a new life for the people of Israel who had lived a life of bondage and slavery in Egypt. It is also symbolic of a new life in Christ. It says we are no longer going to be driven by the appetites of our old nature, but Christ now lives in us to live a righteous and holy life. It does not mean we’re perfect, we’re just forgiven.

The new life in Christ has nothing to do with church attendance or even doing good things. Christ said there will be many people who will claim Him as their Savior but they never really knew Him. In other words, there was no evidence of the living Savior in them. “Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!” (Matt 7:22-23).

Jesus invites everyone to partake of the new life He offers. We only must believe, invite him to remove our sins and allow Him to live as Lord through our lives. “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me?” (Rev 3:20).

If you’ve never had a mulligan in life, now is the time to let Jesus give you a brand new start. Ask Him for that new start today.

LIFE ALERT’S PRAYER:

We give thanks this morning for Orwell’s leadership, and for the brotherhood we have found in F3.

Please help us to realize that it is a gift and blessing to be able to get up and work out with our friends and brothers when so many people cannot due to medical conditions, depression, lack of resources, or the obligations of life.

Please help us to be present and accountable to our families, our children, our friends, our co-workers, and each other.

Please help us to realize that nobody is guaranteed to see the next day in this life, so we need to always make the best of the one we have.

Please help us to acknowledge the family and friends in our lives and to support them, embrace them, and lift them up.

If you are having any problems with any of these things, know that you are not alone – keep coming to F3 and we will deal with them together.
