Mosey towards the shelter. Stop for 10 burpees, OYO, and continue the run. Warmup at the shelter led by YHC: SSHs, plank jacks, imperial walkers (still working on the cadence for that one), mountain climbers, and good mornings. About 20 of each.
THANG #1
With everyone warmed up, Fluoride led us on a pyramid of dips, irkins, box cutters, step ups, dirkins. Starting with 5 reps each, then 10, 15, 20, and 25. Half way through, CK came out of the woods to join the fun. 10 penalty burpees. YHC led the pyramid back down. Fluoride thought it would be good cadence practice. He was right.
THANG #2
Mosey over to the field where YHC had 4 cones spaced about 20 yards apart for a few suicide sets. Start with a Mucho Chesto (10 x Merkin / 10 x Wide Merkin / 10 x Diamonds / 10 Stagger Merkin Left / 10 Stagger Merkin Right). 1st cone – 5 burpees, 2nd cone – 10 squat jumps, 3rd cone – 15 CDDs, 4th cone – 20 jump lunges. Repeat starting with another Mucho Chesto set. Enough of that. Time to head back.
Fluoride called an audible at the hill: bear crawl to the top and 10 or 20 somethings at the top (I think it was a Dolly). Crab walk back down and repeat. Continue back and gather at the stop sign. Billy run the rest of the way.

YHC finished the workout with a few rounds of Captain Thor (sit ups followed by American Hammers at 1:4). Started with 1 and 4 and got up to 7 and 28.
