YHC pulled into the parking lot at Green Elementary a few minutes early which was empty, save for the Kangaroo-mobile.  The Cap’n eventually materialized from somewhere and said something about a pre-run and Deliverance, but there was no Banjo music this morning for a PAX of 14.

The clock stuck 0530 and we were off with several PAX wheeling in just in time.  No FNGs so a very unenthusiastic disclaimer was given.

Warmup
Quick little yog around the flag pole twice and up to the field/track.  Circle up for:
GM x15 IC
Windmill x15 IC
Standard Merkin x20
Plank Jack x20
Standard Merking x20

The Thang
We were already at the track, so we knocked out a few sets of mini-400s (it’s an elementary school sized track, but who’s counting) with sets of exercises between:

mini-400
Monkey Humpers x20 IC
mini-400
Carolina Dry Docks x20

Finish out with some plank-o-rama

Costco was a straight up speed demon and was clearly the fastest and most athletic PAX for this portion of the workout

Next we headed to the playground steps and knocked out a set of 11’s, hand-release merkins at the top by the school, jump lunges at the bottom by the flag pole.

Mosey on around to the front of the school, split up into 1’s and 2’s:

1’s ran around the parking lot while 2’s did people’s chair, flapjack
repeato with balls-to-the-wall
