I have finally made it back to Brick City after missing my Q back in March due to the thunderstorms rolling through town that morning.

Warm Up:
Give the mission statement, check for FNGs (1, already named!), give the disclaimer, and warm up:

Downward Dog with calf isolation stretches
World’s Greatest Stretch

Main Event
1) Play Basketball! We had 14 to start so split into 5v5 and 2v2 which quickly changed into 4v4 and 3v3. Late arrivers push us to 4v4 and 4v4 with one sub. That’s My Thing pulled an Irish Goodbye before free throws/sprints.
2) Free throws. Had time for FNG, Ace, SBD, Snots, and Pigpen. If shooter makes it, one sprint across court and back. If miss, two laps. FNG miss, Ace made it, SBD made it, Snots missed, Pigpen missed.
