15 men got to work Thursday am to get better. YHC was determined to help that cause. Billy had said the evening before he would come if the parking deck was avoided. No problem. Having attended a Rush Hour VQ by Asystole, YHC was initiated into some new ideas. Those ideas were put to work.
Jog to bank for warm up. YHC’s usual. 15x gm’s,15x mc’s,10xmerkens, 10x IW’s. Good enough. Mosey down the street to Kingswood Elementary playground. Find a good partner. count off in groups 1,2,3. 1’s do leg to chests while hanging 20 as a group. One man up, the other lbc’s. 2’s do pulls up..10 each man. 1 man up the other lbc’s. 3’s do hammers. Switch thru the stations until all complete. Jog over to sandbox. 20 irkens, 20 dips. over to pole and partner wheelbarrows and back.
Back to jungle gym for the 1,2,3 stations. Repeato as before. back to sandbox. Ma Bell got hit by sniper fire. Not good. YHC felt bad for him but he didn’t follow the Q so…15 dirkens, 15x dips and partner wheelbarrows. Recover and back to 54. 10x burpees. Jog back to town hall. 10 burpees. back to church and boat/canoe.
