Warm up: SSH, Windmill
The Thang: We’ll call this the Dean Womer 500. Partner up. One partner runs the 1/4 mile circuit at SV Community Park while the other does the exercise and keeps count. When the runner gets back, switch, keep count. Repeat until all exercises and reps are complete. As a team the goal was- 100 Merkins, 100 body weight squats, 100 WWIIs, 100 Tuck Jumps, 100 Burpees. There were two “pit stops” thrown in the middle, with each Pax doing 10 pullups x2. Several teams finished and worked their way well into a second round.
