31 PAX showed up in the gloom at UJ for a good ole Midtown sweater. My first time Qing at this site and I really had a hard time preparing because of all the options UJ gives you.

Warm UP: SSH x 20, Good Morning x 10, Wind-Mills x 10, Mountain Climbers x 15, Plank Jacks x 15

Pre Thang:

Count off 1’s and 2’s. Group 1 form one line and Group 2 form another line for an Indian Run. From the launch point head towards target and continue around the “Circle at North Hills”. Run all the way around, pass the launch point, and head back down towards the target entrance. Stop briefly, where the parking deck ends, and 25 single count merkins. Head towards the target entrance, hang a left and head straight to the bottom of the escalators right outside of the JC Penny basement entrance. This run was supposedly a little over a mile

The Thang:

Set 1: 11’s- step ups(2 count equals 1 rep)/Irkins. Start with 10 Step ups and 1 Irkin

Set 2: 11’s- burpees/WW2 sit-ups. Start with 10 burpees

Group 1 started with Set 2 and Group 2 started with Set 1. Once the groups finished their first set, flap jack with the other group and do the other set.

This area at the bottom of the escalators is an OVEN. Definitely didn’t realize it would be 10 degress warmer down there, but it made it all the sweeter when we exited the parking deck.

Once the sets were completed by both groups, mosey up to the parking lot where we start.

Post Thang:

Continuous loop around the parking lot with 4 stations at each corner. Group 1 goes to station in one corner. Group 2 goes to station diagonal of Group 1.

Station 1- 5 burpees. Station 2- 10 Squat Jacks. Station 3- 15 Merkins. Station 4- 20 LBCs.

I believe each group completed 2 loops. We ended up doing the exercises as a group in cadence or single count. Was a lot of fun completing these exercises as a group.

Circle up for a little bit of Mary.

Chill cut, low plank holds

Naked Moleskin:

-Wanting to drive more attendance out at the arena. Awesome way to get involved in something greater than ourselves

-Prayers for Friar Tuck while he is in Africa

Thankful for Vector Victor leading us out in a powerful word of prayer.
