Run to field then one lap. 25SSH/10Good Morning/25 Mountain climbers/various plank holds.
Spread out on sideline. 1,2,3,&4 sprint lengths of sideline to sideline with 20 Mericans at each stop. 4,3,2 & 1 sprint lengths of sideline to sideline with 20 squats at each stop. Lunge walk to center of field then 20 hand release Mericans. Repeato to sideline.
Run to circle. 10 box jump Burpees. 15 triple crossover planks. 10 box jump Burpees. 14 double crossover planks
Run to parking area. 25 flutters. 20 box cutters. Protractors.
