9 Pax. And a few hills.

A lot of hills. We ran Lasiter. And around Williamsborough. And Marlowe. And Landor. And Drummond (though not really a hill). And Marlowe, again. And Marlowe, one more time (except Sunshine, who missed the second one*). And we finished with Lasiter, again. We also did some exercises. A warm-up. Some partner merkins, LBCs, more merkins, more LBCs, and some other stuff. And we finished in time for a little Mary and a lot of coffee. 100% attendance at coffeeteria. My favorite part.

It was fun. We picked up the six. We stayed together. We let Lamp call it Wolf Run. We serenaded Sunshine. We chased ManRam. And, I think, we signed up Tinactin for the BRR.

The night before, as I thought about what to do, I guesstimated a series of segments, each about a mile and a half. Then, I took that number to the Bible and was led to John 1:4. “In him was life, and that life was the light of mankind.” This was random, but perfect. And the Pax all agreed.

“In him was LIFE, and that life was the LIGHT of mankind.”

Well, that’s it. I look forward to seeing you boys every day.

Be the light.

Shaggy

*Sunshine made a pit stop. So we went back to find him. It wasn’t too difficult. The pair of gloves laid neatly outside the Portojohn gave his location away quickly. So we did a round of Sunshines IC outside his door until he was finished. No pressure.
