Today was another episode of the Umstead trail run. We go for 6 miles on the bridle trails- out and back. Enron and Ben Johnson took the lead, going the full 6.2 mile loop. CK and Cinderella pulled of a 6 mile route keeping right behind the leaders. We had some new guys today, Kanye and Spurrier came out for a slower pace run, but finished when we all did while getting in 4.5 miles.
Overall we finished between 48:30 and 50:00.
Quite a few other runners out there, nice to see more people. This also means the parking fills up- so if you are coming, get there early 🙂
We finished off with a nice stretch-o-rama/cot- Cinderella took us out.
