22 PAX Tackled a pretty much un-finish-able workout.

Warm up- fellowship pace to the top of NH Tower 1. 10x Good mornings, Imperial Walkers and Mountain Climbers.

Tha’ thing: Starting at the top of tower 1, run down to tower 2 bottom level. When you reach the side entrance, backwards run up one level, then run forwards the rest of the way to the top. Then run down tower 2 and back to tower 1 via the subterranean tunnel. At the exit of the tunnel (level 2) climb that set of stairs for one level. Then run the deck the rest of the way to the top. Repeato*. *= add one floor of backwards running and one floor of stairs. Keep on keepin’ on adding floors until you either hit 6:25 or make it to the top of both decks running backwards/up stairs.

Max at the end of the workout was backwards and stairs to level 6 (so far as I saw).

Once we turned around we came back circled up and did 30x LBCs.

Good job to all the PAX, it was pretty warm in those decks.
