45 seconds – T merkins
15 seconds rest
45 seconds – jump lunges
15 seconds rest
45 seconds – burpees
15 seconds rest
45 seconds – side lunge touches
15 seconds rest
45 seconds -push up rows
15 seconds rest
45 seconds lunge and rotation
15 seconds rest
45 seconds plank walk

Each round followed by a half lap around the field

We finished up with 30 LVC’s
