16 Pax were quietly ready for a fast moving, balanced in pain, tour of the Rameses Site.

After counting off, we moseyed up to the upper parking lot and per usual the slow, unforgiving incline, even taken at a very deliberate pace made YHC out of breath…not sure if he could execute the planned workout.

Mosey down Laurel Hill..given past ambitious mini-murphs that YHC had previously lead the Rameses PAX on, I could feel the “concern” of what we were going to do..I took an abrupt turn into the stairway leading into the back/side entrance to Rameses…Just when the PAX relaxed, we bear crawled about 1/4 of a mile to the picnic shelter for some pain –
