This workout was nearly a week ago. My bad. Details are borderline inaccurate. But nobody reads these things anyway. The only thing I’m 100% sure about is a site record 17 PAX in attendance.

WARM-UP/COP: GM > IW > WM > MC > Merkins > Arm Circles
THANG: Proceed on the jog down to the meandering track circling the miniature soccer field
Line up in plank position & then AMRAP called exercise while 1st PAX sprints around the track & returns. Next PAX runs & a new exercise is called. YHC taken by surprise by high PAX count & challenged mightily in calling 17 different exercise sets. Too many to list. Once all PAX have run, proceed on the jog around the school toward the front parking lot. Bear crawl the grass hill on the way.
With MacGruber present, the P.M.S. set was called. Count off 1’s & 2’s (quite the challenge for some reason). Partner 1 runs the parking lot oval while Partner 2 completes called AMRAP exercise (flapjack). Exercises were P-risoner Squats, M-erkins, & S-tar Jumps.

With Larry David present, Stairbarrows were in order (flapjack & repeato).
Jog down sidewalk to base of cul-de-sac & circle up under a street light for visibility. 1’s & 2’s count off Take 2. We got it right this time. Proceed off campus to base of a parking lot entrance hill at Millbrook Rd.
Partner 1 bear crawls up the hill w/10 merkins at the top while Partner 2 performs AMRAP Prisoner Squats (flapjack)
Partner 1 sprints up the hill w/10 jump lunges while Partner 2 performs AMRAP alternating lunges (flapjack)
Partner 1 sprints up the hill w/10 star jumps while Partner 2 performs squat hold (flapjack)
All PAX bear crawl up the hill for a plank interlude at the top
Continue on the jog back to the parking lot.
