Another balmy ideal morning for Zero Hour.  10 Pax shook off the weekend to get back in the groove.

Started the workout with a short jog over to the gravel lot for some warm up with SSH, Imp Walkers, Windmill & GM.  We adjourned to the back of the lot to slalom jump (back & forth) over the railroad ties for the length of the lot.  Once complete return to the beginning for 15 merkins and another pass.  Completed 3 rounds.  Off on the jog again to back parking lot for the Parking Lot Beast.  I must admit after years of workouts I had no idea there were so many rules involved in the beast other than you move to a cone/station do exercise and continue to the next, out and back.  Our Beast: Round 1 10 merkins at each light pole, for 4 poles (7 sets total) out and back, Round 2 15 squats and Round 3 5 Burpees.  During the execution of said beast I received quite the education on the rules from [NAMES REDACTED].  Oh Well.  Next we moved over to the parking stops in the tennis court lot.  Split the group in 2, with group 1 running to the bottom of the hill by the offices and completing 10 squats, while group 2 plank walked across the parking stops adding a merkin when you landed in the space between the stops.  Flapjack when the runners returned.  We completed 3 rounds.  Over to the shelter for Mary.
