- Tired Dora: Continue with partner, 1 tire per team, and setup position at the top of the long road
- 100 Tire Roll outs (50 per man) while other partner runs to the end of the pavement and back
- 200 Merkins (100 per man) while other partner carries tire 100 yds each way
- Would have been 300 tire squats, but with sweat pouring and time running out, we had to call an audible to 100 tire squats (50 per man) while partner runs to the end of the pavement and back
- Plank-o-rama, regular plank on the tires. 15 count per man.
- Straight into 20 Irkins
