YHC woke up at 5:51 am (alarm didn’t sound).  Needless to say, heartbeat was pumping before the workout even started and pulled in hot at 6 am for workout (and not one second too early).  10 PAX were waiting and planning for what to do if Q didn’t show.  1 PAX came late to give us 12 total for this mid week workout. Warmup was longer than YHC usual because of this morning’s events.

Warmup: Mosey to BB courts, 25 SSH, 20 IW, 20 Windmills, 20 MCs, 10 SFAC, 15 Goofballs & 10 Imperial Burpees (OYO)

The Workout:  Odds/Evans  (half of PAX run to and around track while other half exercise)  Merkins, Sumosquats and Plankjacks were the exercises

Mosey to parking lot:  Paint the lines with star jump at each tip, 10 Imperial Burpees OYO

Rock Work:  Pick a rock and this rock will travel

20 Rock Curls, 20 Rock Squats, 20 Bentover row, 15 OH press,15 TC ext..  Travel to next spot (up and down stairs, rock up/rock down)…20 Rock Curls, 20 SquatPress, 20 Bentover row, 25 Durkins (no rocks)…travel back to start..20 Rock Curls, 20 Bentover row, 15 TC ext

Mary:  LBCs, Protractor, 10 Imperial Burpees OYO
