The Indian Run

Pax broke up into two, single file lines. First man in the line had a tire. We ran Indian Runs in each lines with the tire staying at the front of the line. We stopped at the goal posts

Star Suicides.

Orange cones were set in a star formation. Each pax ran out to a cone and back to a starting point. If there was a tire at a cone, pax had to advance it to the next position. We did three sets. Each set had a different exercise each time pax returned to the starting point:

Set 1 – 10 squats

Set 2 – 3 Burpees

Set 3 – step lunges


Next pax ran to the benches for

  • 15 dips
  • 10 derkins
  • 12 dips
