That thang:

• Pax started out with a strenuous 1 lap around the parking lot
• Next up – back to back rounds of the now infamous DJ Subprime “Thunderstruck” merkin fest (2 rounds)
• Pax then headed to edge of parking lot and grabbed coupon of choice and lined on on the edge of the 18 spot parking lines. From there we hit every parking spot with conducting 15 shoulder press reps, followed by 3 burpees before you could move on to the next line. The total amount of reps of shoulder press for this one exercise is (270 reps of shoulder press and 54 burpees)
• When Pax was finished we conducted 2 sets of 30 second overhead lockouts with weight
• After that we walked with weights over head to edge of the parking lot and regrouped
• From there we traveled with weight carried in front of us all of the way to the bottom bottom of THWM
• 1st 1/3 of THWM Pax held weight out in front of them and duck walked to 1st yellow gate
• 2nd 1/3 of THWM Pax lunge walked and twisted with weight in front to edge of stairs
• 3rd 1/3 of THWM Pax locked out weight overhead to edge of parking lot
• Once Pax finished we conducted 2 sets of 40 reps of shoulder press
