10 PAX ascended to the Al Buehler Trail and never thought twice about heading out into the gloom. If they did, they would have slept in 15 more minutes and went to the indoor Chapel Hill smokeshow

Jog over to Duke track and head up to the pavilion for a short break from the rain.  If this were Chapel Hill, this is where we would stay, but our time was brief.  Short warm up:

Head back out into the rain to get things started.

The thang:

6x up the hill
10 burpees at top of hill, 10 dips a bottom
Alternate forward and backward run
Low plank holds until everyone is done

Run across street to Law School – 20 step ups, then low hold plank 1 min – alternating legs out. Run over to Krzyzewskiville and knock out 30 merkins (Crockett’s request) until Crockett and Brady joined back up. PAX then played catch the Crockett, losers (and winners) knocked out 10 merkins. Sensing time was near, PAX knocked out 12 burpees and a 1 min low hold plank

6:12a — time to head back to parking lot for COT.
