I swear I have never seen a caravan of PAX pour in like they did at 0541. YHC and some guys were stretching it out when it looked like all of a sudden the gates opened at Carter-Finley for tailgating. About 9 cars and Ollie on foot (who had to wait for the traffic) flooded the lot. YHC knew right then this crowd was going to be large and in charge.
Sure enough, 37 of us were ready for a midweek thumping by YHC. Here’s how it went down:
Warmups:
Run to the gates while performing Shut-Ins signature warm up. Do I even need to say it? Good, because I’m not.
Thang:
Dear Lord, there are a lot of us!! To help avoid a traffic jam of PAX I tweaked our 7s a bit. We did 7s, Esau’s Ladder, 7s, Esaus Ladder like this:
7s: Burpees / Lunges at each light pole (6 poles) then run all the way back. America Hammer until the 6s return
Esau’s Ladder: Merkins +2 every time you reach the peak of the run.
7s: Freddys / Mountain Climbers both in 4 counts, run back, American Hammer
Esau’s Ladder: Monkey Humpers +2
Rock Pile: Run to the rock pile to finish it off with:
Shoulder Presses
Shoulder Presses + Squats
SP + Squats + Bicep Curls
SP + Squats + Biceps + Triceps
10 Burpees OYO because you were sick of the rocksercises. Yeah YOU!

OK so who am I missing? Was Hermes there? Crimson? GTL? A newer guy I haven’t seen before? For the life of me I can’t come up with anymore names except people I know WERENT there like a Franklin, Ma, Term, or Hotspot. WHO WAS THERE!?!? TELL ME ALREADY!?!?
