Wuerffel:
We grabbed the gear and jogged to the outdoor practice field. One man bear crawled the width of the field and sprinted back while the pax did a lift that included:
- Curls
- Hammer curls
- Lunges
- Merkins on dumbells
- Flys
- Shoulder presses
- Squats
- Kettle swings
- Tricep extensions
- Split Squats
- Russian hammers
- Holding a 40 pound sandbag over your head
After the circuit was completed, the pax did a quick and thorough merkin pyramid
Spooky:
Spooky did a multistation Tabata workout with timed exercises at each station. He may or may not choose to update this backblast with his pax specific accomplishments.
