Asked to substitute for Chong Li @ True Grit since he was prancing around with a rucksack or something, YHC was determined to bring the pain. If that meant a fitness pop quiz (the fitness test in reverse), then so be it. Fourteen determined PAX, including one FNG (welcome Sphynx!) endured the Earth Day beatdown.
Warmup: Jog up the hill from the parking lot, backwards run across the hilltop, and reverse bear crawl down the hill.
The Thang: Split into two teams for the fitness test (in reverse). Run to the signpost at the other end of the field between each set. Somehow in my results, 9 PAX ended up on team #1 and only 5 represented team #2. So, in a way, we’re all winners here. In another, more accurate way, team #1 were the winners.
