  • Jog around the traffic circle, return to parking lot
  • SSH x 30 IC
  • Mountain Climbers x 30 IC
  • Sir Fazio Arm Circles x 30 IC (15 each way)
  • Imperial Walker x 15 IC
  • Hillbillies x 15 IC
  • Air Squared x 30 IC
  • Wave of Merkins to 10 (55 Merkins Total, Plank Hold Between)
  • 1 Lap around the track as fast as possible
  • Quickfeet x 30 IC
  • Route 55 (10 cones, 1 exercise at first cone, travel to second cone and do 2, then 3 at 3rd, etc….55 total of each exercise)
    • Bear Crawl/Merkins
    • Back Peddle, Air Squats
    • Sprint, Burpees (Painful)
    • Crabwalk, LBCs
  • 1 Lap around the track as fast as possible
  • Plank-o-rama straight into 30 Merkins

We finished at the buzzer, so we made the announcements (9/11 stairclimb) and COT lightning speed. Another Monday in the books!
