Head to Henry Stadium and hit the steps. To the top and back town 10 times.

Then, head to Navy field for sprints:
run from endzone to 30 yard line and return
run from endzone to 40 yard line and return
run from endzone to 50 yard line and return
run from endzone to far 40 yard line and return
run from endzone to far 30 yard line and return
run from endzone to far 40 yard line and return
run from endzone to 50 yard line and return
run from endzone to 40 yard line and return
run from endzone to 30 yard line and return

Return to Henry Stadium for round 2 of 10 stair climbs

Go to Henry Stadium field for half field suicide. Recovery lap around field and then repeat half field suicide

Return to Fetzer track for:
100m sprint, return for 10 burpees and 10 WWII’s
400m, 10 burpees and 10 WWII’s
800m, 10 burpees and 10 WWII’s
