Let’s race around the NCMA to get our speed up.
Here’s the plan:
Circle around the parking lot.
Mosey to COP.
Partner up near the dojo.
Run the circle loop around the dojo (leg 1).
When you get back to where you started, 15 derkins and 15 LBCs off your partners back (each partner goes once).
Run up to the ellipse and back (leg 2) and then the same aformentioned exercises.
Next, run down the hill from the rings of fire and up to the drinking fountain with your partner (leg 3). 20 star jumps and 20 partner handshakers.
Run back to the starting point and rinse and repeat.
