Tomorrow we’ll do some loops around the dojo, so yes, there will be some running for you BRR runners…

– Run ~1 mile from the parking lot past the top of the grass hill around the dojo and the lake. Go left after crossing the wooden bridge and stop when the paths intersect again (it’ll make more sense tomorrow).
–  Partner up.

Partner A runs the loop (around the dojo up to where those weird rings are and back to where you left you partner.) 1 burpee at the rings on 1st trip, 2 burpees at the rings on 2nd trip, etc…

Partner B
– 10 Wide-Arms
– 10 Merkins
– 10 Carolina Dry-Docks
– 25 Sumo Squats
– 25 LBCs

Rinse and repeat until 6:10am.
