Superbowl week. Come out to stretch the legs but nothing too crazy pre-MudRun.

Here’s the Thang:

– Partner up into groups of three;
– Mosey the blue loop (1 mile stretch run);
– Three man weave #clipboard (One man at the burning rings of fire/one man running between the two stations/one man at the train depot).

I’ll call out an exercise for the men not running to do and we’ll change throughout the 45 minutes.
