Run ~1 mile in down the blue loop past the rings of fire around the dojo and the pond to the base of the big grassy hill.

  • Bear crawl up the hill. 20 hand-release merkins at the top.
  • Head right towards the parking lot and stop at the greenway entrance. 20 hand-release merkins and 20 squats.
  • Head right down the path towards the weird statue and to the bottom of the amphitheater. 20 hand-release merkins, 20 squats, and 20 dips.
  • Run back to the base of the grassy hill and repeat the cycle until time is called at 0605, at which point we’ll head back to the parking lot for some Mary.

Meet at the NCMA parking lot at 0520. Launch 0530.
