8 pax rolled up on a pleasant Fall morning in the great state of North Carolina to find one Mr. Hand well into his workout with a little #ExtraCredit. The 8 of ran down to the track to join him for today’s workout.
2 warm-up laps at Fellowship pace with some accelerations around the curves to avoid the sprinklers watering the track (? – effective use of resources – ?)
Circle ‘o Stretches – 20 x Good Mornings, 16 x Imperial Walkers, 14 x Wind Mills – Joined by Mr. Hand at this point since he finished his first two Yasso 800s

How do we do it at HiFidelity? 2 laps at T-Pace, followed by a 600 at around 2:00 / mile slower. Constantly running, fill in the remainder of the hour. A majority gathered in a group running about 3:25 for the 800s (6:50 pace) and 3:25 for the 600s (9:00 pace). Of course My Boy Blue and Chippendale had to pull ahead and run faster….
All-in-all, we completed 7 – 800s (Mr. Hand with 9).
Pleasure to be out running with PAX. YHC reminisced on not only being one-month out from my #BRR concussion and now back to full speed, but how I could not have done it with my band of F3 brothers. This past Saturday marks 3 years of journeying into the Gloom. How time flies, and I am a much better man for that Journey. AYE!
