Yes, YHC count not resist another “May the Forth…” reference on this annual day! A PAX of nine Jedi met at the AO for the first mutiny of May. Three were there for a little Extra credit. We were coming off a great weekend of sports that included the Kentucky Derby, Mayweather-Pacquiao fight and the Talledega 500!
Unlike the half billion dollar event on Saturday night, this morning’s workout was a full contact sport.

The Thang
Jog to the bottom of the hill by the traffic circle for a little AMRAP pain,
Partner 1 sprints to top of hill at stop sign and back while Parter 2 does as many reps of called exercise a possible – Flapjack until total reps are complete

- Merkins x 150 (audible by several members of the pax)
