So in the vein of the Agoge 500 I was trying to come up with a “The Forge” version and thought “Why not THE FORGE 600? 10 exercises x 60 reps is 600 and hey it’s more than 500 so that’s pretty kick ass right?” YHC is feeling pretty satisfied with himself for being so clever until the PAX point out “So pretty much The Beast?” YHC had pretty much reinvented the wheel at this point. Sails deflated a bit but none the less YHC was not deterred, especially with Mr. Rogers representing The Wu.

The Thang:
Run to the Baseball Field and line up at the bottom of the stone seats
- 10 – Urkins
- Labron’s up the seats to the top
- 10 – Dips
- Labron’s up the seats to the top
- 10 – Durkins
- Labron’s up the seats to the top
Repeat-o-rama for 3 sets total
Run to the Tennis Courts for a little Super Beast Action
Line up and at every far doubles line do the listed exercise. Run forward down and backpedal on the return
- 10 – Carolina Dry Docks x 6 = 60
- 10 – Prisoner Squats x 6 = 60
- 10 – LBC’s x 6 = 60
- 10 – Man Makers x 6 = 60
- 10 – American Hammers x 6 = 60
- 10 – Sumo Squats x 6 = 60
- 10 – Plank Jacks x 6 = 60
- 10 – Reverse LBC’s x 6 = 60
- 10 – Alternating Left/Right Lunges x 6 = 60
- 5 – Burpees x 6 = 30 (I know all right but time was running out!!!)
