It was another great day for growth! Growth physically, growth spirtually (only 3 more days until Christmas!), and growth in our ability to endure. With the lovely weather we were having, 36 degrees and a steady rain, I decided to read the quote I brought before the workout instead of during COT.

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” –Winston Churchill

With that, we did a little warmup and then got right down to The Agoge500!

I must give credit to Fungo for doing a very similar workout at Ball Bearings several months ago (variant of 10 Rounds With Tyson). Always love a Fungo lead workout!

Strong work by the few this morning! Glad I didn’t have to endure alone, thanks brothers! Find a task that is beneficial, yet uncomfortable/difficult, complete it and you will grow.
