It was another great day for growth! Growth physically, growth spirtually (only 3 more days until Christmas!), and growth in our ability to endure. With the lovely weather we were having, 36 degrees and a steady rain, I decided to read the quote I brought before the workout instead of during COT.

With that, we did a little warmup and then got right down to The Agoge500!

I must give credit to Fungo for doing a very similar workout at Ball Bearings several months ago (variant of 10 Rounds With Tyson). Always love a Fungo lead workout!
10 Exercises, 10 reps of each at 5 spots, for a total of 50 reps of each exercise. Start 25 yards from bottom of hill, run to bottom of hill and do 10 reps. Climb hill and do 10 more reps. Run across parking lot to shovel flag and do 10 more reps. Run back to top of hill and do 10 reps. Run down hill and do 10 reps. Run back to start before beginning next exercise.
