YHC’s Q Tour continues at Hi-Fidelity tomorrow. Expect the following:
15-20 minutes of warm-up plus dynamic stretching and strides.
4-6 800m repeats w/ short rest. We’ll go over tempo paces tomorrow based on goal times, etc.
15-20 minutes of cool down and some static stretching.
