Warmup: SSH, IW, Arm Circles, Air Squats, Windmills, Merkins, Mountain Climbers.
Jog to Navy Field to brick wall. Three sets of 10 dips and 10 step-ups.
Jog football practice field, start on goal line to execute The Beast: 6-6-6. Six exercises, six reps, six circuits:
Run 10 yards, six burpees; run 10 yards, six merkins; run 10 yards, six slow merkins; run 10 yards, six Carolina dry docks; run 10 yards, six air squats; run 10 yards, six mountain climbers; run back to start; plank or SSH until group finishes. Recover.
Repeat, but instead of running between each station, did bear walks, crab walks, walking lunges, the back to running and bear walks.
