Epoxy is apparently sitting in Wrigley Field all week instead of fulfilling his Q obligations.  That created an open slot and I was glad to fill it (that’s what she said) for PAX of 20 this morning for latest edition of the Forge.  Didn’t feel like using the regular stuff so we ventured to NC State  -the front of Reynolds Colisuem to be specific – for much of the workout.

Here’s how it went:

Warmup:
50 single count merkins
Fazio arm circles – 15 each direct; 5 each direction

Fellowship Run to Reynolds Coliseum stopping along way for monkey humpers x 20
Partner Derkins on front steps of Coliseum – partner does derkins while partner runs through tunnel and back the other side until we get to 150 derkins total

Head to stairs on other side of tunnel for two rounds of stairbarrows

Find wall space along student center for wall pushups x 20 x 2

Go back to tunnel for partner burpees x 40

Indian Run back to Pullen Park

Stop along way for hammers x 30 (or so)

Keep going until grassy area near swimming pool for Mary and COT

One arm chilcut merkins x 35 each arm

LBCs x 30 or so

Freddie Mercury x 30 or so
