We have started to have a dependable crew showing up to #GettingtheRuns and guys are getting stronger and more competitive each week. Maybe its just because its Basketball season and we want to represent our perspective teams. Darby put out the word that #Gettingtherucks was on as well (New Mexico and Darby rucked it out). Lunges down parking lot 30 yards, 10 jump squats (not Frog Labrat)
Lunges back up parking lot 30 lunges
Scout Run back to the Flag, with PNG pushing the pace YHC called Jailbreak with the PAX together for the last 100 yards.
Brief recovery 10 count, STRAP TIME
Wrap your partner with the strap around the waist, resisted sprint for 75 yards then switch and partner runs back.
3 rounds with 10 count between each.
