I always like to introduce a new move or two when I Q, some work, some don’t. Side lunges with bells was a winner, and by that I mean there was much grumbling. Cats and dogs…not so much. Intended to be alternating between downward dog and (what I now know is upward dog), I managed to confuse myself and the intellectually robust collection of TheBlitz. Cadence counting through a position hold seemed particularly confounding to Cinderella, and Macgrubber made sure I was aware. Thanks for the candid feedback! This group is not shy.
TheBlitz is one of my favorite sites for years, but I had held back from q-ing till now. Tore the bandaid off today, I’ll be back at it soon and relinquish my well-deserved title of perpetual Kotter.
Thanks to the PAX!
