This was the earliest the YHC has ever arrived to Field of Dreams. Was he turning over a new leaf? No. He was up for VQ and figured more than 2 minutes early was appropriate. Plus one of his F3 Charlotte brethren, Don Ho, made the trek to witness the VQ! And to the surprise of YHC Don Ho brought along our friend, world-class famed crossfitter from north Raleigh, an FNG, Other Brother!
Knowing this morning was such a special occasion YHC came dressed to impress with his very own tuxedo t-shirt. Gotta look good on your big day. And with a stumbling attempt at an intro they were on their way…

Final Note
Something else is laying on my heart I’d love to share real quick. About a month ago I was challenged to “get uncomfortable”. That in order to grow in my walk with Christ I was going to have to push myself into uncomfortable situations that can help me grow spiritually. We workout and push ourselves to that uncomfortable level every week because we know it’s at that point that we are gaining the most. Being Q really pushed me pretty deep into that uncomfortable zone but I’m glad I did it and will be back for more. (Probably with a shorter BB). I encourage anyone reading this to look for ways to “get uncomfortable”. Lead a prayer, encourage someone, share your story, etc. Because it’s through those experiences that we are going to gain the most and grow in Christ!
