Jog to the soccer field for Warmup: SSH X 20; Good Morning x 20; Imperial Walker x 20; Mountain Climber x 20; Chilcutt; Chilcutt Jack (learned this from Yo Yo at Lourdes)

Partner up for sprints and burpees – P1 sprints to the end of the field and back while P2 does AMRAP burpees, then flapjack, until P1 and P2 combine for 100 burpees. People’s Chair until all groups finish.

Mosey to the circle for 5 sets of Dips x 10, Derkins x 10, Irkins x 10, and 10 Jump Ups

Fellowship jog past the House of Cats along the path to the tennis courts.

At the tennis courts, P1 sprints while P2 does Balls to the Wall, then flapjack until QIC calls time.

Extended Mary session – LBCs, American Hammer, Low Slow Flutter, Box Cutter, Freddy Mercury, Heels to Heaven, Ski Abs, Low Plank Hold, Six Inch Leg Hold (5 count) around the circle
