27 PAX strong at BO this morning!
Does anyone else have a notebook where they write out their Qs ahead of time? Talking with Large and M Large at the Christmas party I was happy to find out I was not the only one that did that!
The downside about planning your workout in advance is when you get to actually put it in to action and it fails the morning chatter hurts a little more. Cuts a little deeper because they think you didn’t plan because that’s how bad it sucks…
Oh well! Rip it out of the ole playbook, ball it up, throw it away, and move on!
Here’s what we did (and will never do again)!
Warm Up
Shut-In Special at the Christmas tree. Ya’ll are catching on, I like it!
The Thang
- Run to the parking deck
- Run UP the deck stopping at each turn for:
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 15 LBCs
- This is where things get dicey having, what I think is a record # at BO.
- 4 Lines, line up each pax on a parking line sorta like Indian Run formation. PAX in the back bear crawls to the front while each PAX in line performs an exercise. Go until your line makes it to the end of the parking deck
- Jumps back/forth/side to side
- “Single Leg Lunges” (shutty)
- Squats
- Plank Jacks
- Now in groups of 1s and 2s do the following:
- 1s Run the stairwell down and back
- 2s Merkins AMRAP
- Flapjack
- 1s Stairwell
- 2s Dying Cockroaches
- 1s Sprint other end of deck
- 2s People’s Chair
- Flapjack
- Repeato
- 1s Sprint
- 2s Plank or Merkins don’t remember
- Run DOWN the deck stopping at each turn for:
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 15 LBCs
