The Thang:

Run to the shelter and grab a rock friend.  Tight circle of 6 went through a strong series.

10xsquat/press, 10xbicep curls, 10xtricep – repeato…rock pass to the right.

wave of merkins, 1-5.  back to the series above and then onto the picnic tables.  wave of step ups 1-5 with rock.  pax on the wait choose to squat hold, Cusack, tricep hold.  Encroachment stepped up his game and decided to Cusack while step up…this incited a challenge of curls and other alt workouts while doing step ups.  return to circle for rock to the right and pyramid of LBCs to 20 and back (holding your rock friend up).  Recover with an indian run to the fields stopping at the goal line for a quick suicide.  back to the shelter.
