Another Monday, another fantastic morning for a free peer led workout which I have the privilege of leading today.

- A little running, estimating 3/4 mi around the park and down the road, congregating at lower field
- Burpee leap frog: 1 man does a Burpees and on the jump, he leap frogs over others planking. we split into 1 team of 2 and 1 team of 3 and did this for the length of the soccer field.
- Grab a rock and run to upper lot holding it above your head
- Simon Says: in a circle, 1 man calls an exercise for the rest of the Pax to do while he runs around the track holding his rock. Today, it included rock marking, prisoner squats, low slow flutters, curls and shoulder presses.
- Run with rock back to rock pile, then all you got sprint back to upper lot

- WW1 Situps x 20 OYO
Prayers for Banana Seat this week as he faces surgery and PSI’s wife who is on bed rest nearing end of pregnancy. Also prayers for Tardys wife. Onward and upward!
