Like the other workouts in the Raleigh area. The Danger Zone site was cold, rainy, and windy. The weather caused a severe case of fartsacking across the Cary area. YHC was suffering from stomach cramps from the previous night’s supper, but had promised to Q. Unfortunately, the digestive distress meant a meager workout and an abrupt early termination of said workout.
Arriving to find only CK had a stout enough heart to face the elements, we determined to make the best of it, and headed off into the gloom.

THE THANG
Run the parking lot and head for the pavilion to keep the rain from running down the back of our necks.

Step over to the building
People’s Chair x 40
Balls to the Wall – while other person runs around the Pavilion and back and flap jack.

At this point YHC threw in the towel and called it quits.

NAKED MOLESKIN
Thanks to CK for putting up with only half a workout, and a dialed back one at that. YHC hopes to an opportunity to lead again…hopefully without the ill health.
