Jog to stone wall in lower park, 3 stops on the way for 7 burpess at each. At the wall:
- Dips x 20
- Decline Merkins x 20
- Incline Merkins x 20
- left / right step ups x 20
- Repeato (maybe a bit out of order but you get idea)
Jog back to upper part, stop on way, find a rock, curl it, lift it straight over head, curl it behind head x 20 (Q’s goal..learn names of these exercises), arrive at soccer field, 4 corners set up. At each corner, merkins, plank jacks, prisoner squats, star jumps, X 7 and counting down, alternating kereokee and running in between cones.
Followed by bear / crab crawl length of cones, lunge walk back x 3
Off to the plush rock climbing surface for Mary. American hammers x 20, Box cutters x 20, LBC’s x 20, 7 inch leg hold, around circle for 10 seconds each
